Dave is a lifelong Bears fanatic who attended his first game when he was 6 months old at North Sydney Oval (Norths 12 - 10 Balmain). He comes from a long line of Bears supporters including two Great Uncles who played for the team, and one who worked the Ken Irvine Scoreboard. "I'm very proud of the work I've done for the club over the last 12 months and will continue to do in 2024. I take all my responsibilities with the club very seriously and members can feel comfortable approaching me on game day about anything they wish to discuss. I hope I can be that younger voice on the board and contribute towards making the Bears' brand as powerful as I know it has the potential to be. We have the history and the heritage, let's continue to evolve, innovate and make the club a destination that young athletes aspire to be part of.
Of course I am keen to contribute towards the club's fight for readmission in the NRL, but no matter what, I will always be passionate about proving how good the Bears are for the game."
