Student brief for a poster for an exhibition at MCA Sydney.
After researching graphic designer Bob Gill and the style of his work, I found that a common theme in most of his bios is his ability (or inability) to play the piano, one article even used "terrible jazz pianist" to describe him after listing his accomplishments. I thought using this for the title was in line with his cheeky personality, and put pencil to paper (left handed to give me less stability) to create something in his crude style of illustration, along with typography in similar style to some of his earlier works.
